16 years ago, I got access to my own breath. Experiencing Vipassana meditation (which is essentially 10 days of noble silence and about 10hrs of daily breath work) with zero prior experience was gruelling. It was the best and hardest thing I have ever done.

Over the years, I came to experience guided meditation as an easy access to my breath, especially in areas I was particularly challenged in. Having been a professional athlete most of my life and using visualisation techniques as a means of improving performance, I decided to marry the breath work and those techniques to allow for an experience of calm surrender around areas of life that often bind us up.

Being someone who used to “try harder” as a means of tackling a challenge, these meditations aim to relax the inner achiever so that something greater and more powerful can come forth. Each meditation takes on a theme and allows for 15 minutes of blissful surrender:

I also create customised 15-minute meditations for CORPORATE TEAMS, BRANDS, ATHLETES, INDIVIDUALS focussing on the main themes wanting to be locked in. Following an interview with the desiring party/parties, I then craft your very own designed meditation to be relaxed into day in and day out!
